Great App

There is so much potential with this app. iForms only gets better the more you use it and learn how it works. It has improved our companys communication immensely. The customer service is top-of-the-line. A particular representative has continued working with me, never impatient, always enthusiastic about fixing my problem.

I find, however, every update comes with a pesky bug; the next update fixes the bug, but the cycle continues. These bugs cause our apps to crash while we have data yet to be submitted--we have to take the new notes over again.

Thankfully they use the cloud. Records submitted are stored forever and on their hardware. This saves our company a lot of computer space, and as the logo implies, a lot of paper!
