This does require a subscription after the free trial but is worth every penny for our mobile workforce. Create forms on minutes, dispatch them to your teams in the field and start collecting results!
Timesheets, surveys and customer approval forms can all be easily created and collected.
Well worth a try if you have the right use for it. Customer support has been excellent.
This was the most cost effective way of giving my employers easy access to my work. I highly recommend it
Amazing program, if we could have a little more control over the PDF layout for company appearance that would be amazing. Small things would make it better. Adding a credit card swipe ect would help aswell.
We like using iForm to collect survey data; its quick and easy and the developers are accessible and offer good troubleshooting support
This app has been an important part of our business! What we miss the most is: no "edit" option for each entry or tech support from the app. We would also love to have more capacity within the app, which tells us "max records reached" from time to time. Otherwise - easy to navigate, great data storing and sharing app. Very useful in our daily operations. Thank you.
We adopted iForm on a limited basis (so far) and it is incredible how quickly and easily we were able to boost our production rates while minimizing errors! Our precious home-built tool had become unwieldy and too difficult to maintain accurately and iForm not only solved those issues for us but also allowed us to expand its use into other areas of our program.
Its a wonderful tool and I look forward to even further expansion of its use!
Some bad moments
This is such a joke. The "forms" you create are nothing but text fields with lables. This is not to be used as a serious resource for forms. These are the most basic of all, and their "Free Trial" requires that you enter credit card information, something I recommend you do NOT do. All in all, this sounds like a scam. The forms could be designed by a ten year old with MS Access, and the requirement of a credit card is suscpicious at best and downright scary at worst.

Not cheap but it does a lot with a subscription. Designed more for business than consumer usage. Tech support has been good.
I tried other data collection platforms that were web based, but connectivity is never guaranteed in my field. With iForm, I dont need to worry about spotty cellular service, or wifi hot-spots. This is the solution I have been looking for to go paperless. Great work!
Working in the smb sector, saying "no more paper" is easier said than done...Ive tried many of the other apps out there and only iForm delivers.

I can have the auto-emailed with a drawing and signature and audio in my email! Also, on the website I can view XML, xls, and many more data views and database views!
Brilliant....now put it on the xoom with front/rear cameras and its perfect!
iForm is an awesome tool for work it has a lot of great features. There are still some things that needs to be fixed hopefully that will be corrected some time in the near future. But for the most part it is great
