The app is free, but it requires a monthly $12.50 per user login (minimum 10 users). Sure, there’s a 30 day free trial, but what help is that if I’m just looking for a solution for myself? It’s fine to charge for a service, we all need to make money, but be honest and say so in the description. The description says nothing about it.

First thing after download is you see screen to login—-no instructions on how to—no creat a account...you are EXPECTED to have a account with this company...then you go to customer service and sign in for an account...goes through certification and then back to login, and guess what ?? Account not valid ! DELETE—-WASTE OF TIME !

This app would get 5 stars. Derated by one star for every hundred times I’m asked to rate the app. Amazing ability to collect data in the field. Decreased workload significantly for our business. Only downsides: -Inability to use prior data to populate fields e.g. Create a monitoring point then reference that point. -Inability to view prior data through the app

We have an IForms program on multiple IPads, and our program has eight separate modules. Great program at first, but lately the totals are starting to FAR exceed the highest possible results of 100%.

Love this platform.... learning new skills everyday, with the help of the chats I have with the help reps.

We adopted iForm on a limited basis (so far) and it is incredible how quickly and easily we were able to boost our production rates while minimizing errors! Our precious home-built tool had become unwieldy and too difficult to maintain accurately and iForm not only solved those issues for us but also allowed us to expand it's use into other areas of our program. It's a wonderful tool and I look forward to even further expansion of its use!

This app has been an important part of our business! What we miss the most is: no "edit" option for each entry or tech support from the app. We would also love to have more capacity within the app, which tells us "max records reached" from time to time. Otherwise - easy to navigate, great data storing and sharing app. Very useful in our daily operations. Thank you.

I work for an iNGO and iForm is at the core of how we collet field reports and conduct assessments during crisis and humanitarian response. This is hands down the best MDC tool on the market and there's a great support team in the background when needed. The best part about iForm is it actually works with ease in remote disconnected areas of the world and the setup is fast. You won't find the accessibility or ease in any other mobile data collection platform out there today.

makes me look like a tech expert

It is a great tool for communication, but it could use some tweaking. The photos ALWAYS shows on the report even if you have no photo for that slot. Once you put a photo in a slot, you have to take a photo of blackness to replace it. Even still, there is a photo of blackness on all reports following unless you change it to another photo. The same goes for info typed in. Once you type something into a box and send in the form, that box shows in EVERY form after even when there is nothing in it. It makes a cluttered form when you look back at your notes. Finally, for some reason, the iForms app is taking a TON memory space in my iPad. I don't see why this should happen since I am sending in all my reports and not retaining a copy on my iPad. I also regularly delete my pictures to create space but that doesn't affect the amount of space the iForms take. It could use some changes. Overall very useful. Zman

There is so much potential with this app. iForms only gets better the more you use it and learn how it works. It has improved our company's communication immensely. The customer service is top-of-the-line. A particular representative has continued working with me, never impatient, always enthusiastic about fixing my problem. I find, however, every update comes with a pesky bug; the next update fixes the bug, but the cycle continues. These bugs cause our apps to crash while we have data yet to be submitted--we have to take the new notes over again. Thankfully they use the cloud. Records submitted are stored forever and on their hardware. This saves our company a lot of computer space, and as the logo implies, a lot of paper!

This app is exactly what we have been looking for. Versatility, the ability to download to excel files and use macros to load the data straight into a report format is a game changer. Great support when you need it. Of course an app with this much magnitude is not completely free. You pay per license, the app is free to download to the device to make it easy. If you have the know how to use this effectively it will change the way you do business and increase productivity as well as jobsite to client time frames.

I am an accountant and I can use this software. They are amazing at helping you when you are in need. Te application is limitless!

As a safety supervisor at O'Hare International Airport, I depend on this app every single day. Every violation and praise is issued using this app. It's a job site requirement.

Development is quick an easy. You can deploy a form in minutes! The fact that you can run forms off-line is the main differentiator.

We are trying to use iform to do safety audits with a fairly large form we've broken into various modules. I find that iForm is very slow when switching between modules. My co-auditors who are not so encumbered wind up waiting on me to finish my inputs. I have quit using it and just take notes on paper, like I used to, then input the audit on my desktop. The time saved on the back end is not worth the extra time it takes in the field, especially when I have the Fire Marshal, two maintenance guys and a lab safety officer standing around waiting on me. Waste of money for our application.

Of course this isn't free! The app was created to make the program mobile! The iForm system is excellent, user-friendly and extremely effective at submitting my inspections.

IForms is the best thing that has happened to the data collection world! There's much to be improved upon but if you collect data and have a bunch of papers that you need to log into an excel file on your computer, iForms is for you. Support for any questions is top notch!

Great tool for in the field evals

Can't say enough about customer support . Got results and up and running within a day! Good platform for data collection and I expect they will be constantly upgrading and adding capabilities . Highly recommended!

This is far and away the best data collection app on the market. The employees are available, knowledgeable and helpful as well. Would recommend to anyone.

We plan to give up on triple-carbonless and clipboards got good. This will make a huge improvement in turn around times.

There are similar apps that do similar functions but not all in one place. For example to have the offline functionality and the signature capture is only on iForm. We would purchase it if it was less expensive.

Excellent iPad software, would be more useful in education environment if guest use was easier. Price for web based admin software licensing is a little steep for underfunded educators. Nonetheless excellent iPad app implementation, recommend highly.

System works great. Wish the backend wasn't done on flash, but it does the job well.

Iform is an awesome tool for work it has a lot of great features. There are still some things that needs to be fixed hopefully that will be corrected some time in the near future. But for the most part it is great
